Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT and technical support to employees and site operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations.
- Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other site infrastructure.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate infrastructure, application, or vendor teams.
- Perform routine system checks, maintenance, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Support new employee onboarding, workstation setup, and technology deployments.
- Follow IT security, compliance, backup, and operational procedures.
- Provide timely communication and updates to users and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Basic understanding of network devices, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
