Site/Project Manager - MOD / Prisons

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site/Project Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK, particularly in MOD, prison works, and fuel infrastructure. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple sites effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in relevant projects and be willing to travel nationwide. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple project sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain excellent client communication and uphold project quality standards
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources
• Report on project progress, costs, and timelines to senior management
• Conduct site inspections and audits regularly

Key Skills:

• Proven experience managing MOD, prison, and/or fuel infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of fuel systems and hydrocarbons (desirable but not essential)
• Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and stay away during the week
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Full UK driving licence required
