Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site/Project Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK, particularly in the MOD sector, prison works, and fuel infrastructure. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be willing to travel to various project sites. A background in fuels and hydrocarbons is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple project sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain excellent client communication and uphold project quality standards
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources
- Report on project progress, costs, and timelines to senior management
- Conduct site inspections and audits regularly
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing MOD, prison, and/or fuel infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of fuel systems and hydrocarbons (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and stay away during the week
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Full UK driving licence required
