Company Description EPS is a Civil Engineering Company specialising in the design, supply, and installation of retaining walls and fencing solutions. Our services range from small residential projects to significant public and private sector works.

Job Role This is a contract remote role for a Site Manager. Working in conjuction with the Foremen, the Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and clients, managing on-site personnel, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations. The Site Manager will also conduct site inspections, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate project documentation. As well as being responsible for clear communication and ensuring all project specifications are met.

Qualifications Experience in site management, construction management, or civil engineering Strong organisation and project management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards Ability to work independently and remotely Advantageous Prior experience in retaining walls, fencing, and access gates is a plus Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance skills Certifications in relevant trades or skills are advantageous.

Criteria Possession of CSR card and UTR. Must be physically fit to handle physical labour. Strong attention to detail Confident to oversee construction projects, manage and supervise crews, and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. We will be flexible in some of the criteria for the right person. This is a contract role to move to permanent.
