Summary: The SIT Tester - Oracle HR role involves performing System Integration Testing for Oracle HR applications, ensuring the accuracy of integrated processes across various modules. The position requires collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing outcomes. The role is fully remote but requires attendance at key meetings in London, Manchester, or Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) for Oracle HR applications, ensuring correctness of integrated processes across modules.
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Validate integration flows between Oracle HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruitment, etc.) and third-party systems.
- Execute end-to-end testing cycles, including regression testing and defect retesting.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using test management tools (eg, Jira, ALM).
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between systems.
- Support test data preparation and environment setup.
- Participate in test planning, defect triage meetings, and status reporting.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in SIT or QA testing with a focus on Oracle HR/HCM systems.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HR modules such as: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in test management tools (eg, HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps) and SQL for data validation.
- Knowledge of integration testing, including APIs, interfaces, and batch jobs.
- Familiarity with SDLC/STLC methodologies and Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
