Summary: The SIT Tester - Oracle Fusion Financials role involves supporting a large-scale finance transformation programme by planning, executing, and managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The position requires strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly in AP, AR, GL, R2R, and PPM. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective testing and defect management while adhering to compliance requirements. This is a fully remote position with occasional key meetings in major UK cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and execute SIT test cycles for Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, R2R, PPM).
  • Develop detailed test scenarios, test scripts and test data based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities with business users, including test planning, execution and defect management.
  • Validate end-to-end business processes across integrated systems (upstream/downstream) within the Oracle Fusion landscape.
  • Log, track and retest defects using agreed test management tools, ensuring timely resolution with functional and technical teams.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to understand requirements and design appropriate test coverage.
  • Provide clear, concise test progress reporting and risk/issue escalation to the Test Manager/Project Manager.
  • Contribute to test entry/exit criteria, sign-off processes and quality gates.
  • Support data migration and interface testing as part of SIT and UAT cycles.
  • Ensure all testing adheres to agreed standards, methodologies and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Tester or Test Analyst on large-scale ERP or finance transformation programmes.
  • Hands-on SIT and UAT testing experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Record to Report (R2R), Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and how they are implemented in Oracle Fusion.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and executing test cases, managing defects and producing test evidence.
  • Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools (eg Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar).
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into effective test scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.

Overview
Atrium EMEA are supporting a large service provider, seeking an experienced SIT Tester with strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience to support a large-scale finance transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across key Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including AP, AR, GL, R2R and PPM.

Key Responsibilities

Desirable Skills
* Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
* Exposure to integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems (eg banking, payroll, reporting tools).
* Familiarity with finance regulatory/compliance requirements and controls testing.
* ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

Working Arrangements
* Fully remote role with the expectation to attend key project meetings/workshops in London or Manchester as required.
