Summary: The SIT Test Manager Quality Engineer is responsible for leading Systems Integration Testing (SIT) within a program, focusing on test plan development, execution, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a strong background in software quality assurance and testing, along with excellent organizational and leadership skills. The position is remote within the UK, with potential travel to London or Manchester, and is offered as a 6+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience with test management tools and a solid understanding of ERP SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of SIT within the program.
- Oversee readiness and preparation activities.
- Create and manage the test plan.
- Coordinate the execution of the testing phase in alignment with objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans.
- Coordinate testing activities and resources.
- Oversee defect management of SIT defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Report on testing progress and process refinement.
- Conduct phase closure activities.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience setting up test management activities such as test plans within JIRA Xray or similar tools.
- Experience writing detailed test plans.

Job Title: SIT Test Manager Quality Engineer - Test Management

The SIT (Systems Integration Testing) Test Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of SIT within the program, overseeing readiness and preparation activities, creating, and managing the test plan and coordinating the execution of the phase in alignment with the objectives of the phase. The SIT Test Manager will be an experienced professional with a strong background in software quality assurance and testing.
Key responsibilities will include test plan development and execution, coordination of testing activities and resources, oversight on the defect management of SIT defects, stakeholder collaboration, reporting and process refinement and phase closure activities.
