Title: Microsoft 365 SharePoint & Teams Technical Lead

Required qualifications
- 13+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Groups experience
- Strong SharePoint architecture, information architecture, permissions, content management, and governance expertise
- Experience leading SharePoint Online migrations from on-premises SharePoint and/or file shares
- Microsoft Teams governance and enterprise collaboration model experience
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), authentication, RBAC, and access management knowledge
- Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and compliance experience
- PowerShell and Microsoft 365 administration skills
- Power Platform experience, including Power Automate for workflow modernization
