SharePoint Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This position involves designing, deploying, and managing SharePoint solutions while ensuring optimal utilization of Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web technologies and a passion for delivering effective training to end users.

Responsibilities:
Develop and customize SharePoint solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality.
Manage and maintain web servers, including IIS and other hosting platforms.
Provide training sessions and resources to ensure users effectively leverage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between SharePoint and other web technologies, such as Drupal.
Optimize web publishing processes and workflows for efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to web servers and SharePoint environments.
Conduct regular updates and maintenance of SharePoint sites to ensure reliability and security.
Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and user training.
Stay updated on advancements in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related web technologies.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and web technologies.
Proficiency in managing IIS and other web servers.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, including customization and integration.
Experience with Drupal and web publishing tools.
Ability to deliver effective training sessions tailored to diverse user needs.
Solid understanding of webmaster tools and web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for collaboration and user support.
