Job Overview Our client is looking for an SEO Specialist / SharePoint Administrator to manage and optimize their SharePoint environment while leading in-house SEO initiatives. This dual-function role requires a blend of technical systems expertise and marketing knowledge to streamline internal workflows through automation, improve organic search performance, and ensure alignment with external SEO partners. Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • SharePoint Administration & Automation: Manage, maintain, and optimize the SharePoint environment; build automations to streamline internal workflows; identify and implement improvements to system functionality; and ensure proper organization and accessibility of files and data.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies; optimize content to improve organic search rankings; support content creation aligned with brand guidelines; and monitor performance to recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration & Ownership: Take ownership of SharePoint and SEO functions while reporting directly to leadership; liaise with external SEO partners to maximize ROI; and align in-house activities with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc data entry tasks and support broader team operations during quieter periods to ensure continuous improvement in systems and marketing.
