Summary: The role of SFDC Developer with CPQ involves designing, building, and supporting scalable quoting and pricing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The position requires extensive experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ to meet complex pricing and proposal needs while collaborating with various business stakeholders. The developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining documentation, and supporting enhancements and upgrades. This is a contract-to-hire position based remotely in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to support pricing, quoting, discounting, and approvals
- Configure products, bundles, price rules, product rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows
- Develop and maintain CPQ data models, including product configuration and pricing structures
- Customize CPQ using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript as needed
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration, performance, and data issues
- Support CPQ enhancements, upgrades, and Salesforce releases
- Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ designs and configurations
- Participate in testing, deployment, and postproduction support

- 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) experience
