Primary purpose
Build the catalog, workflow, decision, milestone, and exception-management capabilities that guide DCLR through its lifecycle.
Required skills
- Service Catalog and catalog variable design
- Flow Designer / Workflow Studio
- Task generation, approvals, notifications, and decision logic
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- GlideRecord and ServiceNow security concepts
- Automated Test Framework preferred
Preferred experience
- Complex intake and fulfillment workflows
- Lifecycle milestone and dependency automation
Delivery expectations
- Build Assessment and Installation Intake experiences.
- Implement DCLR creation and phase/stage transitions.
- Configure milestone, dependency, blocker, and exception logic.
- Build requester assessment decisions and modify/reassessment paths.
- Implement acquisition dependency, installation, and decommission workflows.
- Develop progress calculations based on applicable milestones rather than raw task counts.
