Summary: Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, focusing on process design, automation strategy, controls, and dashboarding to enhance vulnerability management within the organization. The role requires strong collaboration with various teams and effective communication skills to drive adoption and ensure data integrity. Preference is given to candidates based in Atlanta, Raleigh, or Charlotte, although remote work is permitted. This position is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths
- Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, closure validation)
- Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging)
- Develop training materials and run enablement sessions
- Drive adoption through communication and change management
Key Skills:
- Background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys)
