Summary: The role of ServiceNow VR Business Analyst involves supporting a major Vulnerability Response implementation for a key client. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. The candidate will work closely with US stakeholders and may need to travel to the US occasionally. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a ServiceNow Premier Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and define processes for the Vulnerability Response initiative.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery of business outcomes related to the Vulnerability Response module.
  • Work closely with US stakeholders and participate in occasional travel to the US.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst on large-scale security, IRM, or ITSM projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Vulnerability Response (VR) module, including workflows, integrations, and data models.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - VR preferred.
  • Experience working with IRM, GRC, or Security Operations (SecOps) modules is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

I am working on a ServiceNow VR Business Analyst role, with one of my key clients.

This would be working on the biggest Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation currently underway.

Location: Remote (Based in UK, Ireland or USA) - with potential travel to the USA East Coast
Duration: Long-term contract
Client: ServiceNow Premier Partner
Rate: Open depending on experience
Start date: Beginning of 2026

About the Role
