Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Front-End / UI-UX Developer with a strong foundation in web development and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal. The role involves designing and developing user-friendly interfaces that improve the end-user experience across ServiceNow portals and custom applications. The ideal candidate will combine UX design principles with technical front-end skills to create scalable and high-performance UI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-End & UI Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal interfaces using: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript AngularJS (Service Portal widgets)Bootstrap / UI Frameworks.
  • Build and customize Service Portal widgets, themes, and layouts.
  • Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible UI components.
  • Implement UI policies, client scripts, and UI scripts to enhance user interactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered designs.
  • Apply UX best practices for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and visual consistency.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Ensure consistent branding and design standards across portals.
  • Integrate ServiceNow portals with REST APIs, third-party systems, and custom web applications.
