Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Lead role requires an experienced professional fluent in Dutch and English, with a focus on delivering technical solutions in the governmental sector. The position involves hands-on delivery, customer engagement, and mentoring junior team members. This is a 6-month extendable contract that allows for 100% remote work. Candidates must be EU citizens and possess strong development and leadership skills in ServiceNow ITSM/Portal and Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, from design and development through to testing and implementation.
- Preparing and running functional design workshops, creating design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
- Customer engagement to address the technical solution, including challenging and validating customer requirements.
- Providing creative solutions to resolve business problems, technology issues, process and people challenges.
- Working with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support, validate, and help deliver client presentations, workshops, proof of concept designs, and responses to technical and business inquiries.
- Support the development and growth of the services delivered by the ServiceNow practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Mentoring and coaching others, as well as sharing best practices and knowledge.
Key Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM/Portal and Integrations.
- Experience leading a team from a technical standpoint with strong development skills.
- Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
