Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Consultant role requires over 10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP). The position is based in London and allows for remote work within the UK. The consultant will leverage their technical and functional expertise to manage demand, project, and portfolio management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience to deliver solutions.
  • Define and set up demand, project/portfolio, and resource management processes.
  • Implement integrations with third-party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Utilize Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer effectively.
  • Leverage knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core features.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
  • Experience with Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of demand, project/portfolio, and resource management.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow core features and applications.
  • Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
