Key Responsibilities:

- Configure workflows, UI policies, data policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Work with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in project execution.
- Support multi-module experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, and custom applications.
