ServiceNow Technical Architect

Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure governance, scalability, and performance of the platform. The architect will oversee the end-to-end architecture across various ServiceNow modules and manage integrations with external systems. Mentorship of development teams and junior architects is also a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps.
• Lead technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define architecture standards, development best practices, and governance models.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee and review implementation deliverables to ensure quality and performance.
• Architect and manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
• Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Maintain health and accuracy of the CMDB and data models.
• Lead platform upgrade and release planning activities.
• Mentor and guide development teams and junior architects.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Strong architectural and design skills.
• Experience in leading technical workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Ability to define governance models and best practices.
