Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect will lead the architectural design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets security and scalability standards while aligning with business objectives. This role involves mentoring engineers and presenting designs to governance forums. The position is fully remote and is offered as a 12-month contract. The architect will also be responsible for driving innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Define and govern ServiceNow architecture patterns, ensuring compliance with enterprise and government standards.
  • Design & Delivery: Lead secure API frameworks, integrations, and data models (IRM-CSDM alignment, SPM expansion, HRSD complex case, zScaler transition).
  • Technical Assurance: Present designs to governance forums, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with NCSC cloud and security principles.
  • Mentorship: Coach engineers, embed best practices, and build capability across teams.

  • Expertise: Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multi-cloud environments.

I'm on the lookout for an ServiceNow Technical Architect to join my clients team, driving innovation and ensuring the ServiceNow platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
