Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect / Senior Developer to lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow SPM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, Agile Development, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Define technical architecture, application design, data models, workflows, and integration patterns.
- Lead implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management / PPM capabilities.
- Establish ServiceNow development standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across SPM implementations and enhancements.
