Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow ITSM implementations and custom app development
- Design and develop technical solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP)
- Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and process consultants to deliver business-aligned outcomes
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders
- Document and secure approvals for technical designs and final solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal IP development
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow System Administrator & Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM preferred)
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or similar languages
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow platform customization
- Deep understanding of ITIL practices and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- ITIL v3 certification preferred
