Summary: We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Developer for a remote position, with the requirement to travel to North Carolina as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & develop solutions on ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) modules
- Build UI (Service Portal/UI Builder) and backend (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer)
- Develop integrations (REST/SOAP, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Configure modules: Demand, PPM, Resource, Financials, APM
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and support end-to-end portfolio workflows
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM / ITBM
- Hands-on with JavaScript, GlideScript, integrations & APIs
- Experience with Angular/React, CI/CD tools
- Good understanding of portfolio/project management
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Minimum 2 CIS certifications (CIS-SPM / CIS-PPM required)
