Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Configure and enhance SPM modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and portfolio governance.
- Design demand intake, prioritization, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with business leaders, PMOs, Finance, and ServiceNow teams.
- Drive SPM adoption across Global Workplace and Juniper organizations.
