Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) solutions in alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of SOM capabilities, including Opportunity Management and Quote Management.
- Design and implement custom tables and workflows, product catalogs within the SOM module.
- Integrate SOM with CRM/ERP systems such as Snowflake and Bistrack for importing foundational data, pricing, and order creation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and assist in troubleshooting and platform maintenance.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, SOM enhancements, and recommend platform upgrades and feature adoption.
