Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) solutions in alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of SOM capabilities, including Opportunity Management and Quote Management.
  • Design and implement custom tables and workflows, product catalogs within the SOM module.
  • Integrate SOM with CRM/ERP systems such as Snowflake and Bistrack for importing foundational data, pricing, and order creation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and assist in troubleshooting and platform maintenance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, SOM enhancements, and recommend platform upgrades and feature adoption.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an 15years of experienced ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) Architect to play a key role in designing, architecting, and implementing scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SOM module and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations, integrations, and custom development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) solutions in alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of SOM capabilities, including but not limited to:
