Summary: Avanciers is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for a long-term remote contract role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow solution architecture with expertise in IRM/GRC, CRM/HRSD, and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring successful enterprise implementations and production deployments.
- Design and deliver AI-first solutions, including GenAI and AI Agent use cases, to accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to develop, pilot, and scale innovative implementation frameworks and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to enterprise customers and system integrators while contributing to enablement materials, reference architectures, and thought leadership content.
- Drive customer success through strong communication, problem-solving, Agile delivery practices, and a customer-centric approach, with flexibility to travel up to 50% as needed.
