Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect

The client are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to assess and transform an existing HRSD platform, reducing technical debt and customisations while increasing the use of out-of-the-box (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of reducing customisations and promoting OOTB solutions.
- Strong understanding of HRSD architecture, governance and HR operating models.
- Experience leading platform transformation and optimisation programmes.
- Proven experience assessing and remediating existing ServiceNow environments.
- Extensive ServiceNow HRSD architecture experience.
