Summary: The ServiceNow Solution Architect role involves translating client requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Hardware and Software Asset Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client requirements into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions, with ownership of technical design across Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM & SAM).
- Act as a ServiceNow SME, leading design workshops, supporting the rollout of Now Assist and contributing to sprint planning and key technical decisions.
- Provide technical governance across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, guiding delivery teams, managing escalations and resolving development blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimisation opportunities, contributing to platform health, producing high-level design documentation and supporting major incident triage.
Key Skills:
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow, with deep knowledge of HAM & SAM modules.
- Proven experience operating at Solution Architect level, including end-to-end design and delivery ownership.
- Experience leading design sessions and working within Agile/sprint-based delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of technical governance, coding standards and platform best practices.
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience handling escalations and major incident support.
