Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and personalize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions according to client requirements and best practices
  • Support ITOM Discovery and related platform capabilities
  • Participate in deployment, testing, and release activities across development and production environments
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with ServiceNow support teams when necessary
  • Validate configurations and personalization to ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and best practices
  • Support FedRAMP-related operational and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend platform solutions
