Summary: The role of ServiceNow Senior Developer/Senior Technical Consultant involves delivering technical solutions for ServiceNow SecOps implementations while engaging with clients to translate their business needs into effective technical solutions. The position requires ensuring best practices throughout the project lifecycle and providing technical guidance during design workshops. The candidate will also be responsible for creating documentation and supporting troubleshooting post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps applications.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Conduct design workshops and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Create clear technical and client-facing documentation.
- Support post-implementation troubleshooting.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps implementations.
- Must be able to get SC clearance.
- ServiceNow certifications in any of the following: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Risk and Compliance (R&C).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
