Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances (cloud and on-prem)
- Manage Update Sets, migrations, clones, and environment synchronization
- Oversee user, group, and role administration aligned with security policies
- Support secure API onboarding (user setup, roles, credential management)
- Monitor platform performance, stability, and compliance
- Maintain CMDB data integrity (as applicable)
- Provide Level 2/3 support for platform and access-related issues
- Document configurations, processes, and administrative procedures
- Partner with developers and architects to resolve complex issues
- Support audits, governance, and compliance initiatives
- Own integration between ServiceNow and SAP BTP IAS/IPS
- Design and maintain user provisioning & deprovisioning workflows
- Administer full user lifecycle management (onboarding and offboarding)
- Implement and enforce RBAC and least-privilege access models
- Configure SSO and identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Lead access reviews, certifications, and audit support activities
- Identify and remediate access risks and security vulnerabilities
- Maintain security documentation, policies, and compliance evidence
- Support IAM-related incident response and remediation efforts
- Act as SME for ServiceNow security and identity integrations
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- 3-7+ years of ServiceNow administration (multi-instance environments)
- Experience with self-hosted and cloud ServiceNow instances
- Strong knowledge of Update Sets & configuration migration

Key Responsibilities
