Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience to drive enterprise procurement transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow procurement modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Hands-on expertise in REST/SOAP integrations and technical documentation is essential for this role. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow S2P modules: Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Accounts Payable
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions (workflows, scripts, integrations)
  • Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with ERP/financial systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
  • Work on Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Prepare technical documentation (design, integration, data mapping)
  • Provide recommendations on ServiceNow best practices and upgrades

Key Skills:

  • 12+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow S2P / Procurement implementations
  • Strong scripting and platform customization skills
  • Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
