Summary: The ServiceNow QA Analyst will be responsible for developing test plans, executing test cases, supporting UAT, and validating ServiceNow workflows related to ITSM and other integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing test plans and writing test cases
- Executing test cases and supporting UAT
- Logging and tracking defects in ServiceNow
- Validating end-to-end ServiceNow workflows focused on ITSM, HAM, CMDB/Discovery, and Portal
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to validate requirements and workflows
- Ensuring release readiness and security role validation
Key Skills:
