Summary: The ServiceNow QA Analyst will be responsible for developing test plans, executing test cases, supporting UAT, and validating ServiceNow workflows related to ITSM and other integrations. The role requires strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements and workflows are met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing test plans and writing test cases
  • Executing test cases and supporting UAT
  • Logging and tracking defects in ServiceNow
  • Validating end-to-end ServiceNow workflows focused on ITSM, HAM, CMDB/Discovery, and Portal
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to validate requirements and workflows
