Summary: The ServiceNow Project Manager - ITSM/HRSD role involves leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, focusing on IT Service Management and Human Resources Service Delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM and HRSD), from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure effective change management and user adoption strategies.
- Support UAT, training, and transition to support teams.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with: ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
