Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Program Manager specializing in Business Transitions to lead multiple transformation initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and governing ServiceNow-based transition programs across various modules while ensuring a smooth transition from legacy processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in stakeholder management and enterprise program delivery within the Consumer domain. This position is remote and requires a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple ServiceNow transformation initiatives involving business process transitions and service delivery improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and govern ServiceNow-based transition programs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and related modules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Experience, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Contact Center teams.
  • Manage large transformation programs involving migration from legacy ticketing or service management systems.
  • Ensure operational readiness and effective cutover planning.
  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and financial tracking.
  • Handle risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
  • Implement ServiceNow integration, workflow automation, APIs, and reporting.
  • Apply ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management.
