ServiceNow Platform Engineer

***Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer - 6 Months+ - Remote***

We are currently supporting an international organisation looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join an ongoing project focused on AI governance and the implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

Duration: 6 months initially, with potential extension

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow AI Control Tower
• Design and implement governance processes for AI assets in line with regulatory and internal requirements
• Develop automated workflows for AI asset onboarding, risk assessment, impact analysis and lifecycle management
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and external systems
• Support AI governance, risk management and compliance initiatives
• Work with business owners, risk and compliance teams and AI-focused stakeholders
• Develop dashboards, reporting and evidence to support governance, audits and executive reporting
• Contribute to platform best practices and mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering experience
• Strong experience in custom application development, scoped applications, integrations and platform management
• Strong expertise with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and advanced scripting using JavaScript, Glide API and Business Rules
• Proven experience implementing or supporting AI governance solutions, ideally ServiceNow AI Control Tower or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of AI regulatory and compliance frameworks, including AI Act, GDPR and DORA
• Experience with workflow automation, risk management and AI/data asset lifecycle management
• Strong experience with REST APIs, web services and integration patterns
• Strong JavaScript experience, with Python experience for AI/ML and integrations
• Working knowledge of Java, Bash and HTML
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value and compliance outcomes
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Collibra, Active Directory and CMDB is advantageous
