Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect / Technical Architect.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
Strong experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
Advanced experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Experience with ServiceNow Visitor Management, workplace requests, facilities cases, reservations, and kiosk experiences.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Work Order Management, Dispatcher Workspace, technician mobile experience, and dispatching.
Experience designing asset models, asset hierarchies, asset relationships, and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, catalog items, and platform configuration.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, data migration, import/export, and integration architecture.
Ability to develop HLD, SDD, configuration, and integration documentation.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and OOTB functionality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Relevant ServiceNow CIS certifications in WSD, FSM, EAM, or related modules.
Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Experience working with facilities, workplace operations, field service, or asset management organizations.
Strong experience minimizing customizations and leveraging ServiceNow OOTB capabilities.
Experience supporting MVP implementations and defining future-state architecture.
