Summary: The ServiceNow Platform Architect role requires a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in IT architecture, specifically focusing on ServiceNow solutions.   • Implement ServiceNow scripting and configuration using JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Manage advanced integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee platform upgrades, version migrations, and performance optimization in complex environments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence both executives and technical teams.
