Summary: The role of ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Technical Consultant involves developing and maintaining the ServiceNow Operations dashboard while performing analytics relevant to the E2E Support Framework. The consultant will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure the dashboard and reporting platform are stable, scalable, and secure. The position requires extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of IT service management processes. The role is mainly remote with occasional travel and is set to start in June 2026, lasting until December 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain E2E SF dashboards, KPI reports, and metrics in the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Design and implement predictive analytics in ServiceNow for enhanced decision-making.
  • Responsible for the development of a reporting framework that delivers accurate, reliable, and timely information to assist the E2E SF team in the decision-making process.
  • Perform routine and more complex reporting and analysis, resulting in recommendations for E2E SF process development and/or improvements.
  • Develop reporting solutions for routine and more complex analytics.
  • Develop and maintain the technical documentation for E2E SF Operations reports, analytics, dashboards, and reports User Guide.

Key Skills:

  • At least 7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including expertise in configuring workflows, service catalogues, reporting, and predictive analytics modules.
  • ServiceNow Platform Analytics experience.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Workspace or any other ServiceNow analytic platform.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) processes, IT operations, and related industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow Reporting, including the Predictive Analytics module.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyse complex business processes, and design solutions that meet the E2E SF customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.

Role:

As a ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Technical Consultant, you will develop and maintain the ServiceNow Operations dashboard and perform analytics relevant to the E2E Support Framework. You will work closely with ServiceNow developers, stakeholders, and Partners to provide inputs to the client`s product to design meet the needs of the E2E SF customers. You will also ensure that the E2E SF ServiceNow dashboard, Analytics, and reporting platform are maintained in a stable, scalable, and secure state.
