Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Consultant with over 5 years of experience to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance legal operations and workflows. The consultant will collaborate with legal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into scalable solutions. This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in ServiceNow and legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) modules
- Design and customize legal workflows, case/matter management, and approvals
- Configure intake forms, legal service requests, and SLAs
- Work on automation, notifications, and reporting for legal operations
- Integrate LSD with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Support UAT, deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
- Experience in case management, workflows, and catalog configuration
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform scripting (Business Rules, Flow Designer)
- Experience with ACLs, roles, and security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
