Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead TC for Enterprise Architecture (APM) focused on Technology Portfolio Management (TPM).

  • Estimate and conduct design sessions to define product lifecycles.
  • Perform data setup for Application Portfolio Management - Technology Portfolio.
  • Manually set up Technology Portfolio software models.
  • Configure risk calculations and workflows as required.
  • Provide dashboard/report configuration based on User Stories.

Key Skills:

  • Certifications in EA - Enterprise Architecture or APM - Application Portfolio Management.
  • Experience with Technology Portfolio Management (TPM).
  • ITOM certifications (TC or BPC).
  • Ability to configure metrics, data capture fields, workflows, and dashboards/reports.
  • Experience in manual setup of software models.

MUST HAVE: The certs required for this role is EA - Enterprise Architecture or APM - Application Portfolio Management. APM was recently renamed EA by ServiceNow
Lead TC for Enterprise Architecture (APM) with focused on Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) to support workshop sessions, demo solution, configure solution and provide advisory support.
Estimating workshop sessions starting Aug 4 week.
The TC will support up to four (4) weeks of design sessions to define up to six (6) product lifecycles
Perform data setup for Application Portfolio Management - Technology Portfolio to enable Out-of-the-Box functionality for:
  • Metrics
  • Data Capture Fields
  • UA Action / Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Dashboard/Reports
Manual setup of the Technology Portfolio software models will be required because no current software asset management solution is in place
  • Configure the following:
  • Create/Modify two (2) Risk calculations
  • Create/Modify one (1) workflow
  • Provide up to twelve (12) hours of PA dashboard/report configuration based on User Stories

Currently, we need people with ITOM certs (TC or BPC)
Another need is EA (Enterprise Architecture) or APM (Application Portfolio Management)
That's what's open now and we've seen an uptick in ITOM roles as well.
