Summary: The ServiceNow Lead role is a customer-facing leadership position focused on the architecture, solution design, and implementation of ServiceNow modules related to Finance Operations, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Integrated Risk Management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience and will be responsible for guiding customers through technical and functional aspects of the implementation. This role emphasizes direct ownership of governance, stakeholder communication, and platform adoption. It is not a coordinator position but requires a proactive lead who can work closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation across Finance, LSD, WSD, and IRM modules.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and configure workflows, catalog items, UI policies, integrations, ACLs, BRs, auditing, and automation.
  • Take ownership of governance, roadmap, standards, and platform optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
  • Establish implementation best practices, quality checks, and delivery excellence.
  • Manage upgrades, dependencies, CMDB relationships, and cross-platform impacts.
  • Communicate status, risks, and timelines directly with customer leadership and process owners.
  • Champion continuous improvements and user adoption across the enterprise.

Key Skills:

  • 10-14 years of total IT experience, with 7+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Proven hands-on implementation & leadership experience in at least two of the following modules: Finance Operations, Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
  • Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture & platform capabilities.
  • Tables, scripting, flow designer, data model design.
  • REST/SOAP integrations & external systems connectivity.
  • Security, ACLs, RBAC, audit, compliance workflows (IRM preferred).
  • Excellent communication with ability to lead customer workshops, influence stakeholders and process owners, and present solutions, risks, and decisions to leadership.
  • Good to Have: App Engine experience / custom apps, Portal UI / UX development, CMDB / APM / HAM / SAM exposure, experience leading onshore offshore delivery model, ServiceNow certifications: CSA / CIS / Architect / IRM.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Finance Operations, Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). This individual will play a customer-facing leadership role, taking full ownership of architecture, solution design, delivery, stakeholder communication, governance, and successful platform adoption.
