  • Expert in service catalog, ITSM process integration, data foundations (CMDB & CSDM), flow designer, integration hub, REST APIs, scoped applications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Nice to Have:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist ServiceNow ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Detailed scope of work

  • This is an Agile scrum approach for 8 weeks (Sprint 0 + Sprints 1-3)
  • The DT Services team will work with the CCF team to design, build, and implement a ServiceNow-based Application Infrastructure Change Request capability that will include and adhere to CCF requirements for,
  • Service catalog and request models
  • Business and technical approval workflows
  • ITSM process integration
  • Governance, controls, and audit support
  • User experience and self-service enhancements

ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer (Onshore)

  • Responsible for the configuration and customization of the technical solution tasks and activities driven by the prioritized agile/scrum stories defined for each sprint
  • Develops and configures various areas of the solution s technical architecture.
  • Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations underlying logic leveraging ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards
  • Design technical solutions to address complex requirements, evaluating alternate solutions, identifying the best option, and implementing the solution
