Summary: Aspire IT Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Consultant specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to lead and optimize processes within ServiceNow. The role is focused on driving improvements, ensuring compliance, and facilitating cross-functional integration. This position is fully remote and is offered as a 6-month contract. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and enhancing ITAM/SAM solutions while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and integration of ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) modules.
- Analyze and improve current asset management processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing and organizational asset management policies.
- Maintain data accuracy through imports, reconciliations, and audits in ServiceNow.
- Design and develop ITAM/SAM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support asset lifecycle management.
- Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams for accurate tracking of IT assets and licenses.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks against licensing agreements.
- Provide training, guidance, and end-user support on ServiceNow ITAM/SAM functionalities.
- Manage incidents and problems related to ITAM/SAM tools.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using asset management metrics.
