Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Jira integration to support a large-scale financial services client. The ideal candidate will lead ServiceNow architecture, platform design, integrations, and enterprise workflow modernization initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams. This role requires an individual who can drive solution architecture, implement best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions integrated with Jira and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow platform solutions across enterprise environments
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Jira using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration hubs
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Define platform governance, security standards, and best practices
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Collaborate with Agile, DevOps, and project management teams using Jira workflows
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers and administrators
- Troubleshoot integration and platform-related issues
- Support release planning, deployment activities, and production stability
Key Skills:
- Multiple years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow platform expertise
- ServiceNow Lead or Architect
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, IntegrationHub, and scripting
