Summary: The role of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD and Now Assist Developer involves mentoring junior engineers while actively participating in hands-on development, particularly in advanced scripting. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in a programming language JavaScript. Familiarity with ServiceNow glide API.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer who has the ability to act as a mentor & provide solutions to the Dev team as well as perform hands on development (including advanced scripting). This person preferably has some experience developing Now Assist skills and has experience as a developer (or at least skillset) outside of ServiceNow. Would like for them to have some experience with the HR modules as well.
