We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team!

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM Development & Customization
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Service Catalog, Request, Knowledge, Portal, and MIM
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
• Hands-on experience with MID Server administration and ITOM architecture
• Knowledge of ACLs, Roles, Groups, Service Portal, and Platform Administration
• Experience with Unit Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and QA
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices and enterprise governance
