Summary: The role of ServiceNow ITSM Developer involves developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) for a 6-month extendable contract. The position requires collaboration with vendors and process teams to gather requirements and implement solutions efficiently. The developer will be responsible for creating various components within the ServiceNow platform, including flows, business rules, and APIs. This position is remote and based in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather the requirement from process/customer develop stories as per requirements and work on customization in timebound manner
• Create Flow, business rule, scripts, widgets
• UI pages, UI scripts, UI Macro
• Collaborate with vendor and process team
• Develop and implement scripted rest api

Key Skills:

• 5+ years experience with ITSM
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development using Javascript and servicenow APIs and methods
• Integration experience in ebonding and with other tools
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
