Summary: The ServiceNow ITSM Developer role involves designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules. The position requires implementing ITSM processes and maintaining integrations with third-party applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules.
  • Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Create and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support business and operational needs.
  • Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure platform security and governance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities.
