Summary: The ServiceNow ITOM Lead Technical Consultant role involves leading ITOM initiatives with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM. Job Details: Need a strong ITOM Lead TC with Discovery, CMDB and CSDM. This is a demanding customer who is very familiar with ITOM and we need a resource that is confident, prescriptive with an outgoing personality to work with this customer.
